A US court has issued summons for Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao.
He has 21 days to reply though he doesn’t have to look in particular person.
According to the court doc, Zhao’s deal with has been given as Malta.

The US District Court in Washington, D.C. has issued a summons for Changpeng Zhao, the CEO of Binance.

Summons for CZ have been issued on Wednesday, June 7, and got here simply two days after the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued the Binance CEO and his crypto alternate for alleged securities violations.

According to court paperwork, CZ’s deal with is recognized as Sliema, Malta. While the Binance boss isn’t obligated to look in particular person, he’s required to answer the summons inside 21 days.
